# WooliiPorter pricing structure (machine-readable)

Last updated: 2026-08-01. This file states fee structure, billing units and the
platform-wide fee figures, which are read from the same billing settings the
invoice is produced from.

WooliiPorter runs two separate pricing tracks. They do not share a rate table and
they do not share a bill structure. Which one applies is decided by account type,
not by shipment size.

## Track 1 — Personal forwarding (public pricing)

A personal bill has two layers:

1. International freight — priced from the packed parcel's measured weight and
   dimensions against the live rate table for the chosen route and service level.
   The binding figure is the packed quote, produced after packing and measurement;
   pre-measurement figures are estimates and are labelled as such.
2. Value-added services — each operation you request (repacking, photo requests,
   inspection beyond standard) billed as its own line item.

## Track 2 — Merchant fulfillment (freight rates in-console only)

Merchant freight is lane-based (product line × destination country × zone ×
cargo type) and scoped per account. **Freight rates are not published on this
site.** A merchant registers, is approved, and then sees their own live rate
table and quotes inside the console at https://woolii.com/merchant. What is published here
is the structure of the bill and the fee figures that are the same for every
account.

A merchant bill has up to six layers:

1. International freight — priced from the packed parcel against the live lane for
   the chosen route, service level and cargo type. Cargo type is set by the
   warehouse on receipt, not by the declaration.
2. Fulfillment operation — picking, packing and measuring an outbound order,
   billed per order plus per item. Stated as its own line rather than folded into
   freight as an unexplained "handling" charge.
3. Value-added services — each declared operation (FNSKU labeling, polybagging,
   repacking, photo requests, palletizing, inspection beyond standard) is billed
   as its own line item, on the quantity actually operated rather than declared.
   The settlement reconciles against the packed quote line by line.
4. Storage (optional) — exists only for deliberately stocked SKUs. Computed from
   the immutable stock-movement ledger and itemized on the monthly statement.
   Zero when no stock is held.
5. Route surcharges — fuel, war-risk, peak-season or destination levies live in
   their own layer, never silently inside rate cards. Percentage surcharges apply
   to the base price and never compound on each other.
6. Duties and import taxes — set and assessed by the destination country; never
   part of a shipping quote. Collection point varies by scheme (IOSS/GST at sale
   vs importer at clearance).

## Published fee figures

The amounts are not available in this response, so none is stated here rather
than restating one that may have moved. What is fixed is the structure: storage
is free for an opening window from receipt and then charged per volume held per
day; the fulfillment operation is charged per order plus per item; each
value-added service is charged per unit actually operated. The current amounts

## Fees not charged

- No fee to receive and record an inbound parcel.
- No procurement markup (WooliiPorter never buys the goods and never handles the
  supplier purchase payment).
- No monthly platform fee or subscription for merchant accounts.
- No minimum shipment count.
- No storage charges when no stock is held.
- No decision-time markup: the approved packed quote is the freight figure on the settlement.

## Payment and settlement

- Personal forwarding: pay per shipment (Stripe/PayPal) at the packed quote.
- Merchants: settlement runs from a prepaid, single-currency wallet, per shipment.
  The wallet is funded either by instant card top-up (Stripe, USD) or by bank
  transfer, which suits larger amounts where card fees matter. Warehouse work is
  gated on available funds: if the balance is short the order is held pending
  top-up rather than rejected, and shipments already in flight are never held.
  The bill is a list of explainable fee line items reconciling against the packed
  quote. Monthly statements itemize storage (if any) from the stock ledger.
