Most shopping agents for Chinese marketplaces add their own fee on top of the item price and charge for storage after a free period. Buy for Me removes both, and keeps every purchase on the same record as your forwarded parcels.

Which stores does Buy for Me support?
Taobao and Tmall support automatic product details when available. 1688 uses manual entry. If automatic fetching fails, enter the product details manually and our team verifies the price before purchasing.
Is Buy for Me really free of service fees?
Yes. WooliiPorter charges no service fee, agent fee or per-order minimum for Buy for Me. You pay the goods price and the estimated domestic shipping from the seller to our warehouse, converted at the exchange rate shown on the quote. International shipping is quoted separately when you ship.
How does WooliiPorter make money if buying is free?
From the international shipment and any optional services you choose, such as protective packaging or insurance. The quote's exchange rate includes a small conversion margin, and it is shown before you pay. Buying for you is how you get goods into the warehouse; shipping them home is the paid service.
What do I pay in total?
Three parts: the goods price and estimated domestic shipping, paid when you submit the purchase; then one international shipping quote from the packed box when you ship. If the seller's real price or domestic shipping differs from the estimate, the difference is refunded or charged when you ship the items. Import VAT or duty in your country is separate.
What happens if the price changes or the item is out of stock?
You confirm the fetched or manually entered price, which is locked for checkout and verified by our purchasing team. If the real price at purchase time is higher beyond a small tolerance, we pause and ask you to approve the difference; declining or not responding leads to a refund of that line. Out-of-stock lines are refunded automatically. If we pay less than quoted, the difference is refunded to you.
Do you also handle the international shipping?
Yes. Arrived purchases wait in My Parcels next to parcels you bought yourself, with free storage and no time limit. Tick the ones you want and submit one shipment; everything is packed together and quoted as one consolidated parcel.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Customer-reason returns and exchanges can be requested within a short window after the item reaches the warehouse, because Chinese sellers' no-reason return periods start when they deliver. A per-item handling fee applies and is shown before you request it. Seller-caused problems, out-of-stock lines and sellers who never ship are refunded.
Is this the same as parcel forwarding?
No. Forwarding means you buy the goods yourself and we handle receiving and international dispatch. Buy for Me (daigou) means we also place and pay the store order on your behalf. You can use either or both on the same account.
