Which stores does the buying service support?
At launch: Taobao, Tmall and 1688 links. Pinduoduo and JD.com support is being rolled out in a second wave. For anything else, a manual mode with a product screenshot is available and our team verifies the price before purchasing.
How is the service fee charged?
A service fee is added to the goods value and estimated domestic shipping, and the full total is shown in your currency before you pay — no later invoice surprises. The exact rate is displayed on every quote and may change over time.
What happens if the price changes or the item is out of stock?
You confirm against a live price which is then locked for checkout. If the real price at purchase time is higher beyond a small tolerance, we pause and ask you to approve the difference; declining or not responding leads to a refund of that line. Out-of-stock lines are refunded automatically. If we pay less than quoted, the difference is refunded to you.
Do you also handle the international shipping?
Yes. Arrived purchases sit in the same warehouse account as parcels you forwarded yourself. When you create a forwarding order you can select the held purchases and ship everything as one consolidated shipment, using the standard quoting and payment flow.
Is this the same as parcel forwarding?
No. Forwarding means you buy the goods yourself and we handle receiving and international dispatch. The buying service (daigou) means we also place and pay the store order on your behalf. You can use either or both on the same account.
