Woolii operates the fulfillment workflow in China: receiving, warehouse handling, packing, dispatch coordination, tracking and exceptions. Selected third-party carriers perform transport, and customs authorities control border clearance.

    Buy from suppliers

    Your business places and pays for supplier orders. Add the domestic tracking references you expect; the system watches for the match.

    Receive and reconcile

    On arrival, each parcel is scanned and photographed on the warehouse tablet system; measurements and contents are recorded against the parcel record. Exceptions are flagged at intake, not discovered at dispatch.

  3. 03

    Make the consolidation decision

    Choose what waits, what needs checking, what stays separate and what moves into a packing request. One inbound parcel can be split into multiple outbound packages when that suits the plan.

  4. 04

    Review the packed quote

    After packing and measurement, the system generates the packed-parcel quote automatically from the live rate engine and moves the order to payment. You review and approve; there is no manual quote step in between.

  5. 05

    Follow provider events

    After handoff, provider tracking is normalized into the shipment record — including automatic re-registration when a carrier changes the tracking number. Escalations stay linked to the record and follow approval-gated review.
