WooliiPorter runs one accountable journey: receiving, warehouse handling, value-added work, packing, dispatch coordination, tracking and exception follow-up. Two points stop and wait for a human merchant, by design.
The operating sequence
What happens, in order
- 01You buy from your suppliers
Your business places and pays for the supplier order. Add the domestic tracking references you expect and allocate quantities per product; the system watches for the match and creates the forwarding order once allocations cover the line.
- 02We receive and record
Each parcel is scanned and photographed on the warehouse tablet on arrival. Weight, dimensions and contents are recorded against the parcel record, and the operator who opens the box sets the cargo type with their identity and the timestamp stored. Exceptions are flagged at intake.
- 03You decide what travels together
Choose what waits, what needs checking, what stays separate and what moves into a packing request. Several inbound parcels can consolidate into one shipment; one inbound parcel can be split across several outbound packages when destination limits call for it.
- 04You approve the packed quote
After packing and measurement the system produces the packed quote automatically from the live rate table and moves the order to payment — no manual quote queue in between. Nothing dispatches until you approve it. This is the first hard stop.
- 05One timeline to the door
China-leg events and international carrier events merge into a single WooliiPorter order timeline, including when an upstream carrier changes its own reference. Exceptions stay attached to the record and route through approval-gated review.
The second hard stop: an order containing both stocked and unstocked lines pauses for your recorded route choice, then travels as one shipment.
Timing
The clocks that are ours, running on your record
The warehouse is worked by our own hands; transit is performed by carriers, and clearance is decided by customs. But which carrier channel a parcel travels is our routing decision, and the delivery promise on the order is one we set, freeze at booking and track against the actual delivery — we do not drive the linehaul, and the outcome is still ours to answer for. Every step between a parcel arriving and a shipment leaving is timestamped on your record: the intake scan, the value-added services closing with evidence, the packing measurement, the quote, and the dispatch.
Express-route options appear where the live route table carries them for your lane and cargo type, and the packed quote is generated the moment packing finishes rather than queued for someone to write.

Questions
Does my supplier ship directly to my customer?
No. Your supplier ships to your WooliiPorter warehouse address inside China. The parcel is received there, scanned, photographed, measured and matched to the order before anything travels abroad. That intermediate stop is what makes inspection, consolidation across suppliers and a measured quote possible.
How does a supplier parcel get matched to the right order?
You enter the domestic tracking number the supplier gave you and allocate quantities per product. The forwarding order is created once those allocations cover the order line completely, which is what keeps a half-filled shipment from leaving the warehouse and arriving short at your customer.
What happens if a parcel arrives damaged or wrong?
Exceptions are flagged at intake, with scan and photo evidence attached to the parcel record and the code that raised the exception attached to the order. You choose how it is handled, and unusual cases route through an approval-gated review rather than a decision by whoever was on shift.
Can parcels from several suppliers ship as one shipment?
Yes. Multiple inbound parcels consolidate into one outbound shipment, and a single inbound parcel can be split across several outbound packages when destination shipment limits call for it. You decide what waits and what travels together, and the decision is recorded on the order.
Who is the importer of record on a WooliiPorter shipment?
The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for destination duties and import compliance. On supported European lanes WooliiPorter prepays duties so nothing is collected at the door, and the prepaid duty and its service fee appear as their own settlement line items.
