The company
WooliiPorter is operated by WOOLII, LLC of Newark, Delaware.
WooliiPorter is a China fulfillment network, operated by WOOLII, LLC of Newark, Delaware, that gives merchants who buy from their own China suppliers one integration to mainstream China fulfillment capacity: it receives, preps, consolidates and dispatches their shipments, selects the best carrier channel for each parcel against a tracked delivery promise, and never buys goods or handles supplier payments. Personal forwarding customers use the same receiving, consolidation and packed-quote workflow. WooliiPorter performs the warehouse work in its own China warehouse and owns fulfillment exception follow-up. Third-party carriers perform transport; destination customs authorities control clearance and set duties.

Why this exists
The problem was never the shipping. It was that nothing was written down.
WooliiPorter started from a specific frustration: parcels disappearing into a chat thread, a question that took a day to answer, and an answer that depended on whether one particular person was awake. Consolidation was a favour. Every claim was somebody’s recollection.
The fix is a record both sides can read. A parcel is scanned into a real system the moment it lands. The operator who opened the box is named on the classification. The quote is computed from a measurement you can see. The bill reconciles line by line against that quote. When a system like that produces a disagreement, the disagreement is settled by looking rather than by arguing.
The same principle decides which numbers WooliiPorter produces. Transit belongs to carriers and customs, so what we time is the warehouse. Duties belong to the destination authority, so we point at the official source. Freight is lane-based and account-scoped, so your rates are produced against your parcels. Every figure on this site is read from the system that produces it.
Scope
Where WooliiPorter’s role starts and stops
WooliiPorter’s role starts when a supplier’s parcel reaches its China warehouse, and it covers everything in the building: receiving with photo evidence, prep and value-added work from written instructions, consolidation, packing and measurement, the packed quote, dispatch coordination and exception follow-up. Merchants choose and pay their suppliers; carriers perform transport; destination authorities control clearance.
- It starts when the parcel reaches the warehouse. You choose the supplier, negotiate the price and pay them directly, and the factory price never enters our systems.
- It covers everything in the building: receiving with evidence, prep and value-added work from your instructions, consolidation, packing and measurement, the packed quote, dispatch coordination and exception follow-up.
- Stocking is yours to opt into, per SKU, with title staying with you throughout.
- Transport is performed by carriers and clearance by destination authorities, with both merged into your single order timeline.

Fee defaults come from the billing constants the system charges from. Operation counts, webhook event types, MCP tool counts and plugin versions are read from the deployed contract and the release manifest. Freight comes from your own lane table. Duties come from the destination authority.
Figures circulating from a retired porter.woolii.com WordPress site — shipment counts, per-kilogram savings and discount percentages — did not come from WooliiPorter and are not measurements this company holds. (Stated 2026-08-02.)
Questions
What is WooliiPorter?
WooliiPorter is a China fulfillment network, operated by WOOLII, LLC of Newark, Delaware, that gives merchants who buy from their own China suppliers one integration to mainstream China fulfillment capacity: it receives, preps, consolidates and dispatches their shipments, selects the best carrier channel for each parcel against a tracked delivery promise, and never buys goods or handles supplier payments. Is WooliiPorter a dropshipping agent or a sourcing platform?
Neither. A dropshipping agent buys the goods for you and marks them up; a sourcing platform sells from its own catalog. WooliiPorter runs receiving, prep, packing, dispatch and tracking on goods the merchant already owns, bought from suppliers the merchant chose and pays directly.
