China parcel forwarding

Ship parcels from China to South Korea

WooliiPorter gives shoppers in South Korea forwarding personal purchases from Chinese sellers to their Korean address a China warehouse address. We receive parcels in China, inspect and log them, consolidate multiple seller packages, repack where useful, quote international shipping, and forward the shipment to South Korea.

You buy, we forward

WooliiPorter is a parcel-forwarding and consolidation service. You pay Chinese sellers directly; we handle receiving, inspection, consolidation, repackaging, shipping, and tracking.

How it works

1

Buy from the seller yourself

Place your order directly with Taobao, 1688, JD, WeChat sellers, or other Chinese stores and pay the seller yourself — this forwarding workflow does not buy goods for you. (Personal accounts can use the separate WooliiPorter buying service at /services/daigou if they want the store order placed for them.)

2

Use your China warehouse address

Enter your WooliiPorter warehouse recipient, phone, address, and postal code as the domestic delivery address in China. Copy the details exactly from your dashboard.

3

Wait for warehouse check-in

When parcels arrive, the warehouse logs them to your account so you can see package status in your dashboard. This is when you can decide whether to wait for more parcels or ship now.

4

Consolidate and ship internationally

Choose parcels to combine, request repackaging where useful, confirm the shipping quote, and forward the order to South Korea. Confirm the recipient's Korean delivery address and reachable phone number. Check that the consignee information used for customs matches the recipient's own records before dispatch.

Current route data

Check routes available to South Korea

These records come from the WooliiPorter shipping table. Final eligibility and price depend on the item, measured parcel, and destination details.

Transit values are estimates from the route table, not delivery promises. A contents match is not customs approval. Eligibility, charging conditions and final cost depend on the actual goods, destination and packed quote.

Availability is not customs approval. Restricted items still require route and destination review.

What should I prepare for my first shipment to South Korea?

The seller has not shipped yet

Create and verify your account, then copy the assigned China warehouse address from your dashboard. Forecast each parcel once the seller provides its domestic tracking number. A store order number is different; do not invent a tracking number to submit a forecast.

You have a domestic tracking number

Confirm that the seller is sending to your assigned China address. Enter each domestic parcel and its actual contents, and prepare the overseas recipient address. Sellers may split one purchase into several parcels.

You need help buying

Forwarding forecasts are for purchases you make yourself. If you need someone to place and pay for the store order, check the separate buying service and its quote first.

Check personal buying support

Which costs should I check beyond international freight?

Check the goods price, seller-to-warehouse shipping, requested warehouse services, international freight, and any import tax, duty or carrier clearance fee. You normally pay the seller for the goods and domestic delivery. Review the actual order quote for warehouse services and international shipping; a calculator estimate alone is not the complete landed cost.

For example, if two sellers each send one item, forecast the domestic parcels separately. After arrival, compare one consolidated carton with separate shipments using the final dimensions and actual weight. Adding the weights from the domestic labels does not establish the international chargeable weight.

Why buyers in South Korea use a China warehouse

Many Chinese sellers only support domestic delivery inside China. A forwarding warehouse gives you a usable China address, then turns domestic seller parcels into one international shipment to South Korea. For example, a recipient combining clothing and collectible accessories should keep each product's purchase value and description, and prepare their own customs-clearance details before international dispatch.

Shipping and packing tips for South Korea

Check the route's parcel weight limit before combining purchases. Keep food, cosmetics, supplements and battery-containing goods identifiable for a separate eligibility check rather than labelling a mixed carton as general merchandise.

Customs and declaration basics

Korea Customs Service uses a Personal Customs Clearance Code for personal imports. Follow its current application and identity-verification process; do not use another person's code. WooliiPorter can help organize parcel information for forwarding, but you are responsible for ensuring goods are legal to export from China and import into South Korea.

Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC)

Korea Customs Service provides a personal clearance code instead of using a resident registration number on a personal import declaration. Prepare the recipient's own code using the official service. It is a customs identifier, not a parcel tracking number or WooliiPorter account code.

Foreign residents should check the official PCC procedure

KCS publishes separate English guidance for foreign residents making overseas e-commerce purchases. Follow the current identity-verification procedure rather than assuming that a passport number is interchangeable with a personal clearance code. Send private identifiers only through the designated secure process.

How consolidation can reduce cost

Shipping parcels one by one is often expensive. Combining packages into one shipment and removing unnecessary packaging can reduce volumetric weight and lower the final chargeable weight. This matters most for light but bulky goods such as shoes, plush toys, storage boxes, home goods, and seller cartons with excess filler.

What WooliiPorter does and does not do

In this forwarding workflow, you place and pay for the store order. WooliiPorter receives, records, consolidates, repacks and forwards your parcels. If you need help purchasing supported products, use the separate personal buying service and confirm its quote and platform eligibility first.

Before shipping to South Korea

  • Confirm the Korean address, building or unit, postcode, recipient name and reachable local phone number.
  • Prepare the recipient's Personal Customs Clearance Code through Korea Customs Service and follow the carrier's secure submission instructions.
  • Check the current route weight range and product restrictions before requesting one consolidated parcel.

Official import resources

Import rules can change. Check the destination authority before dispatching restricted or unusual goods.

Frequently asked questions

Can WooliiPorter buy items from Chinese online stores for me?

This page describes self-purchase forwarding: you pay the seller, and WooliiPorter handles the parcels. A separate personal buying service is available for eligible products at /services/daigou. Check the supported platform, item quote and service fees there before paying.

Can I combine multiple parcels before shipping to South Korea?

Yes. After parcels are checked into your dashboard, you can choose which packages to consolidate into one international shipment to South Korea.

How is shipping cost calculated?

International shipping usually uses the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight. Use the shipping calculator for an estimate, then confirm the final quote after warehouse measurement and route selection.

Is my WooliiPorter customer code the Korean customs clearance code?

No. Your WooliiPorter code identifies parcels at the China warehouse. The Personal Customs Clearance Code is issued by Korea Customs Service for the recipient's import declaration. Prepare both for their separate purposes and confirm the clearance details before dispatch.

Are there item restrictions for South Korea?

Yes. Restrictions depend on item type and route. Korea Customs Service uses a Personal Customs Clearance Code for personal imports. Follow its current application and identity-verification process; do not use another person's code. If your parcel includes batteries, liquids, powders, food, cosmetics, branded goods, or fragile items, create a support ticket before shipping.

Where do I get the China warehouse address?

Sign up for WooliiPorter and open your dashboard. Your warehouse address is shown there and should be copied exactly into the seller checkout page.
