Sign up and you get a China warehouse address to use on Taobao, Weidian, 1688, JD or anywhere else. Each parcel that arrives is scanned, photographed and measured into your account. You choose which ones travel together, and the price comes from the packed parcel before you pay for it.

Sign up and your China receiving address appears in your account. Use it as the delivery address when you shop.
- 02Parcels arrive and are recorded
Each parcel is scanned, photographed, weighed and measured into your account on arrival, with contents recorded. The record updates before you think to ask.
- 03Choose what ships together
Select the parcels to combine and pick a route; the warehouse packs them as one shipment sharing one international rate. Repacking removes excess volume, and the parcel is measured again afterwards.
- 04Quoted, paid, tracked
The packed shipment is quoted from the live route table using its actual measurements. Pay, and dispatch, customs and delivery events arrive on one timeline.
Storage
60 days free from receipt, so you can wait for the slow seller
Storage is free for 60 days from the date a parcel is received, then $0.50 per m³ per day. The window exists because the point of consolidating is waiting for the last parcel to arrive.
Rates
The calculator shows real personal-forwarding rates
Personal forwarding rates are published because they are the rates a direct customer pays, read from the live route table. Use the calculator to plan, and the packed quote — generated after the shipment is measured — is what you pay. Volumetric weight is length × width × height in centimetres ÷ 6000, and chargeable weight is the greater of that and the actual weight.
Restrictions
Check before you buy, not after it arrives
Destination policy is applied before dispatch: weight and dimension caps per destination, shape rejection where a destination requires it, declared-value floors and ceilings, PO-box rejection, and recipient tax-identity requirements for destinations such as Mexico, Brazil and South Korea. Items resolve to exactly one of prohibited, restricted, or documentation-required.
Batteries, liquids, powders and cosmetics run on their own routes.

Answers read from your own record, and a person when the record does not have it
Ask about a parcel and the dashboard assistant reads what the warehouse scanned, what the rate engine quoted and what the timeline confirmed — your records, not a script. It never invents an address, a tracking event or a price. When the fact is not on your record, it says so and opens a ticket for a person.

How do I get a China warehouse address?
Sign up for a WooliiPorter personal account and complete verification; your dedicated China receiving address appears in your dashboard. Use it as the delivery address when you buy from Taobao, Weidian, 1688, JD or any other Chinese seller. Parcels arriving at that address are logged to your account automatically.
How much does WooliiPorter storage cost?
Storage is 60 days free from receipt, then $0.50 per m³ per day. Receiving, scanning, photographing, weighing and measuring an incoming parcel is included, so the free window is genuinely free time to wait for slower sellers.
How is my shipping price calculated?
From the packed shipment’s actual measurements against the live route table. Chargeable weight is the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight, where volumetric weight is length × width × height in centimetres divided by 6000. The calculator gives a planning estimate; the packed quote is the number you pay.
What record exists for each of my parcels?
Each parcel is scanned, photographed, weighed and measured on arrival, with its contents recorded against the parcel record, and anything unexpected is flagged at intake. Consolidation decisions, the packed measurement, the quote and every carrier event stay on the same order timeline in your account.
