No supplier leg per order
The order reserves stock already at the warehouse instead of waiting for a supplier to ship in.
FOR MERCHANTS · OPTIONAL, PER SKU
Have goods ready to stock in China? We store your selected products, then pick, pack and dispatch individual customer orders. You keep ownership of your goods and see recorded stock movements and itemized charges. Storage, shipping and service charges apply.
WHAT CHANGES
The order reserves stock already at the warehouse instead of waiting for a supplier to ship in.
Single units are picked and packed as normal orders, not batched into a bulk shipment.
Relabelling, FNSKU labels, polybagging or bundling can be applied on intake instead of per order.
Every movement is written to one ledger, and both your inventory view and your statement are computed from it.
GETTING STOCK IN
Create the SKU so orders and inventory can reference the same identity. Store products and variations map to it.
Tell the warehouse what is coming and in what quantity, so arrivals are received against an expectation rather than guessed at.
Counts, condition and any discrepancy are recorded on receipt, and the ledger is written.
Orders for that SKU now reserve inventory and raise a warehouse fulfillment order automatically.
Storage and handling are itemised monthly, computed from the same movements you can see.
HONEST LIMITS
Inventory ties up cash and adds storage charges, and a SKU that stops selling still occupies space. That is why nothing here forces it: routing checks stock per line, so an unstocked line simply uses supplier forwarding instead.
See the no-stock pathYou keep ownership of the goods at all times
Storage is itemised separately, never folded into a shipping charge
Stock can be withdrawn or transferred, and each movement is recorded
Damage and quarantine bins are separate from sellable stock
Cycle counts reconcile physical stock against the ledger
Field notes / FAQ
You do. Stocking never transfers ownership. WooliiPorter stores and handles merchant-owned inventory; it does not buy your goods and does not take title to them.
Routing is decided per order line, so these are not either/or choices — they are two paths the same order can take.
GETTING STARTED
Choose a product with repeat demand and try a small inbound shipment before moving more stock. Review receiving, picking, packing and charges on real orders. Other products can stay with your supplier and use forwarding when needed.
Create a merchant login, then start from whichever entry fits: connecting a WooCommerce or Shopify store activates the merchant account immediately — the verified install is the review; or submit the in-account integration application for direct API access, which gets a short review of cargo types and destinations (not merchant size). Activation opens the merchant console and API-key management.
