Pre-alert parcels and follow their arrival
After sellers ship, use Pre-alert parcels to add each China domestic tracking number with the product name, quantity and value. Arrived parcels are photographed and wait in My Parcels, with free storage and no time limit.

Choose parcels, consolidate and ship
Tick the arrived parcels you want to ship together and submit one shipment. The warehouse packs them and quotes the packed box; nothing is charged before that. Pay for dispatch to Brazil. Brazilian deliveries need the street, number and complement, bairro, city, state and the eight-digit CEP written 12345-678, plus a reachable phone number and the recipient's CPF.

What should I prepare for my first shipment to Brazil?
The seller has not shipped yet
Create and verify your account, then copy the assigned China warehouse address from your dashboard. Pre-alert each parcel once the seller provides its domestic tracking number. A store order number is different; do not invent a tracking number to submit a pre-alert.
You have a domestic tracking number
Confirm that the seller is sending to your assigned China address. Enter each domestic parcel and its actual contents, and prepare the overseas recipient address. Sellers may split one purchase into several parcels.
You need help buying
Forwarding pre-alerts are for purchases you make yourself. If you need someone to place and pay for the store order, check the separate buying service and its quote first.
Check personal buying supportWhich costs should I check beyond international freight?
Check the goods price, seller-to-warehouse shipping, requested warehouse services, international freight, and any import tax, duty or carrier clearance fee. You normally pay the seller for the goods and domestic delivery. Review the actual order quote for warehouse services and international shipping; a calculator estimate alone is not the complete landed cost.
For example, if two sellers each send one item, pre-alert the domestic parcels separately. After they arrive, choose whether to ship them together; compare one consolidated carton with separate shipments using the final dimensions and the greater of actual and volumetric weight. Adding the weights from the domestic labels does not establish the international chargeable weight.

Remessa Conforme covers certified platforms, not forwarded parcels
Remessa Conforme is a voluntary Receita Federal programme for certified e-commerce companies, which show import tax and ICMS at checkout under differentiated rules. A purchase from a domestic Chinese seller forwarded by a parcel forwarder is not a sale by a certified platform, so plan for the general import tax regime plus state ICMS and check the official rules before buying.
CPF and CEP for the recipient
Brazilian carriers need the recipient's CPF to process the import declaration and collect taxes, and route by the eight-digit CEP. Use the recipient's own CPF and the CEP of the final delivery address; a missing or mismatched CPF can delay or stop delivery.
How consolidation can reduce cost
Shipping parcels one by one is often expensive. Combining packages into one shipment and removing unnecessary packaging can reduce volumetric weight and lower the final chargeable weight. This matters most for light but bulky goods such as shoes, plush toys, storage boxes, home goods, and seller cartons with excess filler.

How is shipping cost calculated?
Personal shipments are priced on the greater of the packed box's actual and volumetric weight, rounded up in 100 g steps, on the air-parcel service. Use the shipping calculator to estimate from currently enabled products and destinations; the final quote follows warehouse packing and measurement.
Does Remessa Conforme apply to a parcel forwarded from China to Brazil?
It should not be assumed to. Remessa Conforme covers purchases from e-commerce platforms certified by the Receita Federal. A parcel bought from domestic Chinese sellers and forwarded to Brazil should be planned under the general import tax regime plus state ICMS. Check the Receita Federal guidance before buying.
