A merchant sending inventory to a warehouse eleven time zones away is really asking two things: who is on the other end, and what will exist in writing afterwards. Both answers are on this page and the three below it.

WooliiPorter operates that China warehouse itself. Receiving, handling, prep and packing are performed by WooliiPorter staff on WooliiPorter systems, and the operator who handles your goods is named on the record.
Ownership
The goods are yours the entire time, in both models
WooliiPorter never takes title. On supplier parcel forwarding nothing is stored: the parcel arrives, is worked, and leaves. On optional stocking, merchant-owned inventory sits at the warehouse and stays merchant-owned; storage is itemised on the monthly statement and computed from the same immutable ledger that produces your inventory count, so what you are billed for and what you hold are the same arithmetic.

Four things you can verify without talking to anyone here
Four artifacts are published so a prospective merchant can check WooliiPorter without a sales call: the WooCommerce plugin listing on WordPress.org with two published SHA-256 checksums, the public OpenAPI 3.1 contract, the Delaware registration of WOOLII, LLC, and the fee structure in both human and machine-readable form.

Every figure on this site is read from the system that produces it
Fee defaults come from the same billing constants the system charges from. Operation counts, webhook event types, MCP tool counts and plugin versions are read from the deployed contract and the release manifest. Freight comes from your own lane table in the console. Duties come from the destination authority. That is the whole list of sources.
Figures circulating from a retired porter.woolii.com WordPress site — shipment counts, per-kilogram savings and discount percentages — did not come from WooliiPorter and are not measurements this company holds. (Stated 2026-08-02.)

Yes. Receiving, handling, value-added services and packing are performed by WooliiPorter staff on WooliiPorter systems, and the operator who confirms your cargo type is named on the record with a timestamp. Third-party carriers perform transport, and destination customs authorities control clearance.
Who owns inventory stored at a WooliiPorter warehouse?
The merchant does, at all times. Stocking never transfers title. WooliiPorter stores and handles merchant-owned inventory, and inventory levels and the monthly storage statement are computed from the same immutable stock-movement ledger, so counts and charges are produced by the same arithmetic.
