FOR MERCHANTS · NO STOCK REQUIRED

China order forwarding with your own suppliers.

Already have a China supplier? Send customer-order goods to your WooliiPorter warehouse address. We receive, record, pack and forward them to your customers. You keep buying from and paying your supplier. Start with one order without stocking inventory; shipping and service charges apply.

COMMON MISREADING

The parcel stops at our warehouse. That stop is the point.

"Forwarding" sometimes gets read as the supplier posting straight to your customer. That is not this. The parcel comes to your China warehouse address first, and everything below is only possible because it does.

01

It gets checked

Scanned and photographed at intake, with measurements and recorded contents attached to the parcel record. A problem surfaces on arrival, not at your customer.

02

It gets combined

Parcels from several suppliers can travel as one shipment; one oversized parcel can be split across several. Your customer gets one delivery, not four.

03

It gets measured

The packed parcel is quoted from real dimensions and weight, so the price reflects what is actually shipping.

04

It gets one timeline

China-leg events and the international carrier merge into a single tracking record you and your customer can follow.

THE SEQUENCE

What actually happens, in order

  1. 01

    Your customer orders

The line has no stock at the warehouse, so it routes to forwarding automatically.

  2. 02

    You buy from your supplier

Your supplier, your price, paid directly by you. Use your WooliiPorter warehouse address as the delivery address.

  3. 03

    You enter the tracking number

Add the domestic tracking reference and allocate quantities per product. The forwarding order is created once allocations cover the line.

  4. 04

    We receive and record

Scan, photos, measurements and contents attached to the parcel record; exceptions flagged at intake.

  5. 05

    You decide what travels together

Consolidate, hold, split or request value-added work such as relabelling or repacking.

  6. 06

    Quote, dispatch, track

Packed quote from the live rate table for your approval, then one merged timeline through to delivery.

WHEN TO SWITCH

Forwarding is not meant to be permanent for every SKU.

Each forwarded order waits on a supplier shipment reaching the warehouse. Once a SKU sells predictably, holding stock removes that wait — and you can stock that one SKU without changing anything else about how the store runs.

See how stocked fulfillment works

Stays on forwarding — long-tail SKUs, seasonal items, anything still being tested

Stays on forwarding — heavy or bulky goods where storage would cost more than it saves

Worth stocking — steady repeat sellers where the supplier leg is the slow part

Worth stocking — SKUs you bundle or relabel the same way every time

Either way — the decision is per SKU, and reversible

Field notes / FAQ

Supplier parcel forwarding questions

No. Your supplier ships to your WooliiPorter warehouse address inside China. The parcel is received there, scanned, photographed, measured and matched to the order before anything goes abroad. That intermediate stop is what makes consolidation, inspection and a measured quote possible.

Most stores end up using both models.

Routing is decided per order line, so these are not either/or choices — they are two paths the same order can take.

GETTING STARTED

Start with one SKU you have not stocked.

Supplier locations, destinations and how often parcels arrive matter more than raw volume. You can open an account and try a single order before committing anything.

Create a merchant login, then start from whichever entry fits: connecting a WooCommerce or Shopify store activates the merchant account immediately — the verified install is the review; or submit the in-account integration application for direct API access, which gets a short review of cargo types and destinations (not merchant size). Activation opens the merchant console and API-key management.
