    Connect your Woolii account

    Create a one-time Shopify connection code in WooliiPorter, then enter it in the embedded App Home. Codes expire after 15 minutes and can be used once.

  2. 02

    Verify Shopify services

    The app creates or repairs the Woolii fulfillment service, checks scopes and confirms the fulfillment location. Missing scopes stop setup instead of silently degrading.

  3. 03

    Sync products and link warehouse SKUs

    Load your Shopify catalog in the App Home, link exact SKU matches in one action and review the rest. Nothing is created in the warehouse automatically.

    Confirm shipping rules

    Smart routing and approval gates are confirmed in Woolii; blocked orders stay visible with an actionable reason instead of failing silently.

  5. 05

    Validate your first order

    Assign a development order to Woolii and watch it move through the six-station pipeline — from webhook to tracking push-back — in the Shopify channel console.

OPERATOR CHECK

Do not test against an unmapped production order.

Use a development order with known SKUs. The channel console must show receipt, queue, routing and push-back evidence before the pilot advances.
