SHOPIFY · SETUP
Connect one store, then prove the physical fulfillment loop.
Use the same controlled checklist before assigning live fulfillment orders.
- 01
Connect your WooliiPorter account
Choose Connect account in the embedded app. A secure, one-time browser handoff signs you in or creates the merchant account and returns to Shopify. Existing merchants can still use a 15-minute connection code from the channel console as a recovery path.
- 02
Verify Shopify services
The app creates or repairs the Woolii fulfillment service, checks scopes and confirms the fulfillment location. Missing scopes stop setup instead of silently degrading.
- 03
Sync products and link warehouse SKUs
Load your Shopify catalog in the App Home, link exact SKU matches in one action and review the rest. Nothing is created in the warehouse automatically.
- 04
Stock the Woolii warehouse
Create an inbound pre-alert, label cartons with the linked warehouse SKU and let warehouse receiving establish live stock. Shopify inventory is only a shadow of this ledger.
- 05
Confirm service routes
Enable the applicable WooliiPorter transport products and approval gates. WooliiPorter manages route selection under the public service product.
- 06
Validate the first fulfillment order
Assign a development order to the Woolii location. Confirm receipt, routing, warehouse work, dispatch, itemised charges and WooliiPorter tracking push-back.
- 07
Prove cancellation safeguards
Cancel one order before picking and one during a warehouse test. The second must create a warehouse stop-and-return task instead of disappearing from operations.
OPERATOR CHECK
Do not test against an unmapped production order.
Use known products and controlled stock. The channel console, merchant order, warehouse task, finance record and Shopify fulfillment card must agree before the store goes live.
