Warehouse truth, not a store cache
Shopify receives an inventory shadow from WooliiPorter. Receiving and stock-movement ledgers remain authoritative, so routing never trusts a manually edited storefront quantity.
Protected cancellation
Before warehouse work, cancellation can close immediately. During picking or packing, the warehouse team receives a stop-work and stock-return task. After handover, an interception or after-sales review is required.
Order-linked charges
Shipping, pick-and-pack and approved value-added services are attached to the Woolii fulfillment order so finance can search from a Shopify reference, Woolii order or tracking number.
CUSTOMER-SAFE BOUNDARY
Your buyer sees WooliiPorter.
Shopify receives the public WooliiPorter tracking number, status and tracking URL. Operational connections, accounts and routing policy never enter the storefront record.
